Our online store is powered by Shopify.

However, products purchased from maboutiques are sold directly by PERLA ECOM LLC, not by Shopify.

Shopify provides the technology used to operate our online store but is not the seller of the products listed on maboutiques.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for obligations arising solely from transactions between you and maboutiques.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate state or federal courts serving Sheridan County, Wyoming.

However, nothing in this section is intended to remove rights or remedies that a consumer may have under mandatory laws applicable in their state of residence.
